If you are trying to have a healthy life and get wiser with food you are puting in your body, you have to find something that will replace the sugar you used to eat and the need for sweetness, I have a perfect two recipes for you. Banana pancakes! You can eat them for your breakfast, dinner, after work out…

1.OAT PANCAKES

All you need is :

  • 3 scoops of oats ( I recommend you the blue packet from the Lidl/Hofer)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana

You mash the banana and add them oats and egg. You mix everying thing up and bake them in a pan. From this mixture you will get three pancakes, they are not the biggest but anyway.

For the topping you can add a greek yogurt ( that’s what I did), some cinnamon, honey… It’s a great idea and so easy to made. It will take you only five minutes.

2.PROTEIN PANCAKES

For this pancakes you need:

  • 3 scoops of protein ( I have chocolate caramel flavour)
  • 1 egg/ 3 egg whites
  • 1 ripe banana
  • some baking powder

This is also five minutes recipe. It’s the same as the last one only instead of the oats you add protein powder. That was my breakfast today and I have to admit I prefer this one. Maybe because the portion is bigger hh. Because I didn’t have any greek yogurt at home I used the regular one and spread some cinnamon on. And as you can see I add 1/2 of nectarine which gave the pancakes the fresh taste.
