4 HEALTHY LUNCH IDEAS WHAT TO EAT ON VACATIONS

Are you one of those people who are super afraid to get weight on their vacations? If you are you should definitely look what I’ve got for you. I am presenting you 4 healthy lunch ideas that are like the easiest to make and all of them include zucchini. Yes I know what you are thinking but it’s zucchini season and who doesn’t love zucchini? They are probably my favorite vegetables, I just can’t get it enough. I ate them for my breakfast almost everyday, lunch and dinner. Crazy stuff haha 🙂 Now lets begin with lunch number 1.

1.ČEVAPČIČI WITH VEGETABLES

However, this is a great lunch really easy to make and also very fast to prepare. I added zucchini some paprika. And for my salad I have tomatoes with cucumber. Of course čevapčiči (I think there is no English word for this type of meat) are made from chicken.

2.CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHICKPEA

I am deeply in love with this lunch because i am obsessed with chickpea. They are like the best legume to add next to super high protein chicken. I always put some vinegar over it so it tastes even better.

3.SWEET POTATO WITH FENNEL

This was the first time I ate sweet potato and I was positively surprised. My boyfriend said that has like no good taste, but i liked it. First I cuted the garlic to little pieces and mixed it with some lemon juice and 2 spoons of oil. Then i roasted it for 30 minutes on minimum and I just loved it. I also ate fennel, but not the biggest fan of it. Maybe I didn’t know how to prepare it, still don’t know haha. And I read somewhere that you can eat fennel with walnuts and syrup. Never have tried it.

4.TUNA BURGERS

And we are coming to the end. This is made of 2 tunas, 1 egg, 1/2 of onion, 1 garlic, 2 spoons of oats. Mixed everything together it’s done.

I really hope that I helped you. That you get some lunch ideas and are not so worrying about what will happen with your body on vacations. Of Course it’s nothing bad to go on ice cream some pancakes, but not everyday or more times a day. Haha:) Decide which day you will have a ”cheat meal” and pamper yourself a little. But don’t forget to move your butt sometimes 😛
